Registration Policies

Register by Fax, Mail, Phone, or Online

Register By Fax - Fax your completed form or purchase order to 717-506-3130. Please mail your purchase order as soon as possible to the address below.

Register By Phone - You may phone in your registration to 717-697-2318 weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM eastern time. If you call and get our answering machine, we are most likely teaching - please make sure to leave us a message and someonw will call you asap.

 

In order to reserve your seat, we must receive a completed registration plus payment. Resolutions reserves the right not to guarantee your seat until payment has been completed. Registration and payment are due 7 days in advance of the starting Class Date.

Pay By Credit Card-

Resolutions currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express payments. Simply give us a call and tell us that you would like to pay using a credit card.

 

Once we receive payment, we will send confirmation by email that you are registered for the class(es).

Cancellations, Transfers, and Substitutions

All cancellations must be in writing. (Email is acceptable)

 

15+ Business Days

You may cancel a class and will receive a refund (less a $150.00 administrative fee) as long as the request is received fifteen (15) or more business days prior to the class date.

 

Within 15 Business Days

Cancellations made within 15 business days of the scheduled class date are not refundable.

 

Non-Attendance

Any registered student not in attendance on the day of the class will be charged in full. Note: Students may send replacements to a class at no additional cost any time prior to the start of the class.

 

Transfers and Rescheduling

You may transfer or reschedule into another class without charge as long as the request is made ten (10) business days prior to the class date. If you transfer within ten (10) business days of the class date, you will be subject to a $75.00 transfer fee.

Insufficient Enrollment

Resolutions reserves the right to cancel any class if there is not a sufficient number of registered students. In the event that Resolutions does cancel a class, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. If we do cancel a class, we will reschedule you for the next available dates for the class. If the rescheduled class dates are not convenient, you will be issued a credit which can be applied towards taking the class at a later date, or towards a different class of equal value.

Inclement Weather

Resolutions recognizes that many people have difficulties traveling to work when it snows or other inclement weather occurs. Resolutions seldom cancels classes due to bad weather and we make such decisions on a case by case basis. We are more inclined to delay a class by an hour or two rather than to cancel it altogether. During the Winter months, students are responsible to check the status of their class.

 

If we do reschedule a class due to the weather, we will reschedule you for the next available dates for the class.
